WEBxPDF User Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of WEBxPDF Fei Studio ("we," "our," or "us"), governing your use of the WEBxPDF browser extension ("the Software"). By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software.
  • Free Version: You may use the features available in the free version of the Software, subject to the limitations described within the Software and on our official website.
  • Pro Version: Upon a one-time payment, you are granted a lifetime license to use all features of the Pro version. This license is for your personal or internal business use.

2A. Pro Version and Payment

  • The Pro version requires only a single, one-time payment with no subscriptions or recurring charges.
  • All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party platforms (e.g., Paddle, Stripe, Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy).
  • We do not collect or store your payment card information. Your payment details are transmitted directly to our third-party payment processors.

2B. Refund Policy

  • This product supports a free refund within 15 days of purchase. During this period, you may contact the developer to request a refund. Please provide proof of purchase and your Member ID (this information is available on the extension's settings page) when applying. The developer will process the refund as quickly as possible after receiving the request.
  • Furthermore, even after 15 days, if required by law or payment platform policies, the developer will process the refund immediately.
  • The developer generally aims to process refunds as quickly as possible, typically within 3 business days of receiving the request. However, in cases of national holidays or other unforeseen circumstances (such as developer hospitalization, inability to work, or missing an email), please understand that the developer handles after-sales service alone. Refunds may occasionally be delayed, but you are always welcome to send a follow-up reminder, and the developer will respond promptly.
  • Upon completion of the refund by the developer, your PRO version benefits will be revoked.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the web content you convert to PDF using the Software. You must ensure that you have the legal right or permission to save, use, and share the content from the webpages.
  • You agree not to use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software, including its name, logo, source code, and all related intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of its developer. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, that it will meet your specific requirements, or that it will function uninterruptedly. You use the Software at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

7. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Agreement on our website or through other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

  • Pro 专业版： 在一次性付费后，您将被授予使用 Pro 专业版所有功能的终身许可。此许可仅供您个人或内部业务使用。

2A. Pro 专业版与支付

  • Pro 专业版只须一次性付费，没有订阅或连续扣费。
  • 所有支付均通过安全的第三方支付平台（例如 paddle、stripe、Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy）处理。
  • 我们不收集或存储您的支付卡信息。您的支付信息将直接提供给我们的第三方支付处理商。

2B. 退款相关

  • 本产品支持购买后15天内自由退款，在15天内，您可以联系开发者进行退款，退款时请提供购买证明和会员ID(这些信息在扩展设置页面都有)，开发者将在收到退款要求后尽可能快地完成退款。
  • 在支付前，产品已提供了72小时完全无限制的专业版试用，因此购买行为被视为深思熟虑的结果。但出于对用户和法律的尊重，开发者仍然允许用户申请退款。
  • 此外，即使超出15天，只要有法律或支付平台政策的要求或指令，开发者会即时进行退款。
  • 开发者通常将在收到退款要求后3个工作日内尽可能快地完成退款，但如遇到法定节假日，或其它原因（如开发者住院等无法及时工作的情况，或开发者遗漏了邮件信息），你需要理解开发者是以单个人开发的状态在进行售后服务，将（有可能）偶发地未能及时完成退款，您完全可以继续联系开发者提出催促，我将尽快响应。
  • 在开发者完成退款时，你的PRO版本权益将被取消。

3. 用户责任

  • 您对使用本软件转换的网页内容负全部责任。您必须确保您拥有保存、使用和分享网页内容的合法权利或许可。
  • 您同意不将本软件用于任何非法或未经授权的目的。
  • 您不得对本软件进行逆向工程、反编译或反汇编。

4. 知识产权

本软件，包括其名称、标志、源代码及所有相关知识产权，均为其开发者的独家财产。本协议不授予您对本软件的任何所有权。

5. 免责声明

本软件按“原样”提供，不附带任何明示或暗示的保证。我们不保证本软件毫无错误、能满足您的特定需求或能不间断运行。您需自行承担使用本软件的风险。

6. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本软件而导致的任何直接、间接、偶然、特殊或后果性损害（包括但不限于数据丢失、利润损失或业务中断）承担责任。

7. 协议变更

我们保留随时修改本协议的权利。我们将通过在我们的网站上发布新协议或其他适当方式通知您任何变更。您在此类变更后继续使用本软件，即表示您接受新条款。
