- You are eligible for a full, no-questions-asked refund if your request is submitted within 15 days of your original purchase date.
We provide a fully-featured, 72-hour trial period for the PRO version before any payment is required. We encourage all users to take full advantage of this trial to ensure that WEBxPDF meets their needs. Therefore, we consider any purchase to be a well-informed decision. However, out of respect for our users and applicable laws, we still offer this 15-day refund window.
Even after the 15-day period has passed, refunds will be processed immediately if required by applicable law or the explicit policies of our payment processing partners (e.g., Paddle).
2. How to Request a Refund

4. After the Refund
Once your refund is completed, your WEBxPDF PRO license will be revoked, and the software will revert to the free version. You will no longer have access to PRO features.
