SnapFood User Agreement
License Scope
SnapFood grants you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for legal food-recording and decision-support purposes.
Core Product Boundary
The current product scope is: one-dish capture, timeline review (today/week/month), sticker wall browsing, and draw-card decision support.
User Responsibility
- You are responsible for the legality and ownership of photos you import or capture.
- You must not use the app for unlawful data collection or harassment.
- You must not reverse engineer or disrupt the service environment.
Permissions and Device Actions
- Camera permission is used to capture dish photos.
- Photo library read/write permission is used for import and generated image export.
- Location permission is optional and only used to auto-fill place fields when you choose to use it.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of your content. SnapFood does not claim ownership of user-generated records.
Payment and Refund
The current release is focused on core functionality. If paid features are introduced in future versions, pricing and refund rules will be shown in the store listing and applicable payment policies.
Service Change and Availability
We may update, suspend, or adjust features due to maintenance, security, or legal compliance needs.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, SnapFood is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by inability to use the app.
Agreement Updates
When this agreement changes, the updated date is revised. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.

食遇记向你授予个人、非独占、可撤销的使用许可，用于合法的美食记录与决策辅助。
产品功能边界
当前版本能力范围包括：单盘拍摄或导入、今天/本周/本月回看、贴纸墙浏览、抽卡决策。
用户责任
- 你需确保上传或拍摄内容合法且具备可使用权利。
- 不得利用应用从事违法采集、骚扰或侵权行为。
- 不得对应用进行恶意逆向、破坏或干扰服务环境。
权限与设备操作
- 相机权限用于拍摄菜品照片。
- 相册读写权限用于导入菜品图片与导出分享图。
- 定位权限为可选，仅在你主动使用时用于地点自动填写。
数据权属
你对自己的记录内容保有完整权属，食遇记不主张用户内容所有权。
付费与退款
当前版本以核心功能为主。若未来新增付费项，将在商店页公示价格与退款规则，并遵循支付平台政策。
服务变更与可用性
出于维护、安全或合规原因，我们可能对功能进行更新、暂停或调整。
责任限制
在法律允许范围内，本应用按“现状”提供。对于因无法使用应用造成的间接损失，我们不承担责任。
协议更新
协议更新后会同步修订日期。你在更新后继续使用，视为接受新协议。
