kid doku User Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you and the developer/operator of kid doku, Tianfei Chat Studio ("we," "our," or "us"), governing your use of the software ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software.
- Free Version: You may use free features subject to in-product and official documentation limits.
- Pro Version: If the product offers a one-time paid Pro version, you are granted a lifetime license for personal or internal business use.
2A. Pro Version and Payment
- Where Pro is available, payment is one-time by default with no recurring subscription unless explicitly stated in-product.
- Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers (for example: Paddle, Stripe, Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy).
- We do not store your full payment card data. Payment details are handled directly by payment processors.
2B. Refund Policy
- Default policy: free refund request within 15 days of purchase (unless project-level policy overrides in the store page).
- Please provide proof of purchase and member/license identifier where applicable to accelerate review.
- If law or platform policy requires refund after 15 days, we will comply accordingly.
- Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days; delays may occur during holidays or force majeure.
- After successful refund, Pro benefits (if any) may be revoked.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for your use of the Software and any content you process with it.
- You must ensure you have lawful rights/authorization to access, save, use, or share such content.
- You agree not to use the Software for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where law permits.
Important: for destructive actions (for example deletion in photo cleanup apps), actions are initiated by you and may be irreversible once confirmed.
4. Data Handling and Ownership
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in product-specific terms, content processing happens on your device where feasible. We do not claim ownership of your content; you retain full ownership and control.
If you choose to send data to a third-party cloud provider, that transfer and storage are governed by the provider's own terms and privacy policy.
5. App Availability and Updates
We strive to provide stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features for security, maintenance, or technical reasons.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Software at any time (for example, by uninstalling the app). We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate this Agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
The Software, including name, branding, code, and related intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of its owner/operator. This Agreement grants usage rights only, not ownership.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant error-free or uninterrupted operation, nor guarantee fitness for your specific purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to data loss, profit loss, or business interruption.
10. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website or in-product notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Product-Specific Appendix
- Kid doku stores puzzle progress, score, and level state on device by default for child learning continuity.
- No photo, microphone, camera, contact, or location permission is required for core gameplay.
- Anonymous analytics events (via Baidu Analytics) are limited to page/view interaction metrics and do not include puzzle raw content.
- No cloud upload is enabled by default for puzzle content or child progress data.

本用户协议（“协议”）是您与 kid doku 的开发者/运营方 Tianfei Chat Studio（“我们”）之间关于您使用本软件的法律协议。安装或使用本软件即表示您已阅读、理解并同意受本协议约束。
1. 许可授权
我们授予您非独占、不可转让、可撤销的使用许可。
- 免费版：可在产品与官方说明约束内使用免费功能。
- 专业版：若本产品提供一次性付费专业版，则通常授予个人或内部业务范围的长期使用许可。
2A. 专业版与支付
- 若提供专业版，默认为一次性付费；除非产品内另有明确说明，不包含自动续费订阅。
- 支付通常通过可信第三方平台处理（例如 Paddle、Stripe、Gumroad、Lemon Squeezy）。
- 我们不保存完整银行卡信息，支付信息由第三方支付服务商处理。
2B. 退款政策
- 默认规则：购买后 15 天内可申请退款（若项目页另有规则，以项目公示为准）。
- 申请时建议提供购买凭证与会员/许可证标识，以便快速核验。
- 若法律或支付平台政策要求超过 15 天仍可退款，我们将依法执行。
- 通常在 3 个工作日内处理；法定节假日或不可抗力情况下可能延迟。
- 退款完成后，专业版权益（如有）可能被取消。
3. 用户责任
- 您对使用本软件处理的内容及行为承担全部责任。
- 您需确保对相关内容拥有合法访问、保存、使用和分享权利。
- 不得将本软件用于任何非法或未授权用途。
- 除法律明确允许外，不得逆向工程、反编译或反汇编本软件。
重要说明：对于具有破坏性的操作（如相册清理类产品中的删除），均由您主动发起，确认后可能不可恢复。
4. 数据处理与内容权属
除产品特性另有明确说明外，我们会在技术可行范围内优先本地处理。我们不主张对您的内容拥有所有权，您始终拥有完整控制权。
若您主动将数据发送至第三方云服务，传输与存储行为受该第三方服务条款和隐私政策约束。
5. 应用可用性与更新
我们会尽力保证稳定性，但不承诺始终可用或完全无错误。出于安全、维护或技术原因，我们可能更新、修改、暂停或下线部分功能。
6. 终止使用
您可随时停止使用本软件（例如卸载应用）。若您严重违反本协议，我们有权暂停或终止您的使用权限。
7. 知识产权
本软件及其名称、标识、代码和相关知识产权归开发者/运营方所有。本协议仅授予使用权，不转移所有权。
8. 免责声明
本软件按“现状”提供，不附带任何明示或暗示担保。我们不保证无错误、不间断运行或满足您的特定目的。
9. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本软件造成的直接或间接损失承担责任，包括但不限于数据丢失、利润损失、业务中断等。
10. 协议变更
我们可能不定期更新本协议。重大变更将通过网站或产品内通知。您在更新后继续使用即视为接受新条款。
11. 产品特性附录
- 幼儿数独默认将关卡进度、得分与学习状态保存在本地设备，保障学习连续性。
- 核心玩法不依赖相机、麦克风、通讯录、定位等敏感权限。
- 匿名统计（Baidu Analytics）仅用于页面访问与交互指标，不包含题面原始内容。
- 题目内容与儿童学习进度默认不上传云端。
