Welcome to KeepOr Photos (“the App”).
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the KeepOr Photos mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Use of the App

KeepOr Photos is designed to help users organize, review, and manage photos and videos on their personal devices.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You are solely responsible for:
  • The photos and videos stored on your device.
  • Any actions you take using the App, including deleting or backing up media.

2. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that you will not:
  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
  • Use the App to access photos or data that you do not have legal rights to.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App.
You understand that photo deletion actions performed within the App are initiated by you, and once confirmed, such actions may be irreversible.

3. Photo and Data Handling

  • All photo and video processing occurs locally on your device.
  • KeepOr Photos does not claim ownership of your photos or videos.
  • You retain full ownership and control over your content at all times.
When you choose to back up photos to a third-party cloud service, you acknowledge that such actions are governed by the terms and privacy policies of those third-party providers.

4. App Availability and Updates

We strive to provide a stable and reliable experience, but we do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from errors.
We may:
  • Update or modify the App to improve functionality or security.
  • Temporarily suspend certain features for maintenance or technical reasons.
We are not obligated to provide backward compatibility for older versions of the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
  • Fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Accuracy or reliability of results.
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KeepOr Photos shall not be liable for:
  • Any loss of photos or data resulting from user actions.
  • Device malfunctions, operating system issues, or third-party service failures.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you materially violate this Agreement.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this User Agreement from time to time.
Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Agreement within the App or on the App Store listing.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

本《用户协议》（以下简称“本协议”）用于规范您对本应用的使用。下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意受本协议约束。
如您不同意本协议的任何内容，请停止使用本应用。

1. 应用使用说明

有用相册是一款帮助用户在个人设备上整理、筛选和管理照片与视频的工具。
您同意仅在合法、合规的前提下使用本应用。
您需自行承担以下责任：
  • 您设备中存储的照片和视频内容；
  • 您在应用中执行的所有操作，包括删除或备份媒体文件。

2. 用户责任与行为规范

在使用本应用时，您同意不会：
  • 以任何方式违反适用的法律法规；
  • 反向工程、反编译、篡改本应用；
  • 使用本应用访问您无合法权利使用的照片或数据；
  • 干扰或破坏应用的正常运行。
您理解并确认：
通过本应用执行的照片删除操作均由您主动发起，一经确认，可能无法恢复。

3. 照片与数据权属

  • 本应用仅在您的设备本地处理照片和视频。
  • 有用相册不主张对您的照片或视频拥有任何所有权。
  • 您始终对自己的内容拥有完整的控制权与所有权。
当您选择将照片备份至第三方云服务时，相关行为将受该第三方服务条款与隐私政策的约束。

4. 应用可用性与更新

我们将尽力确保应用的稳定性，但不保证应用始终可用或完全无误。
我们可能：
  • 对应用进行更新或修改，以提升功能或安全性；
  • 因维护或技术原因暂时中断部分功能。
我们不承诺对旧版本应用提供持续兼容支持。

5. 免责声明

本应用按 “现状” 和 “可用状态” 提供，不附带任何明示或暗示的保证。
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对以下事项作出保证：
  • 特定用途的适用性；
  • 结果的准确性或可靠性；
  • 应用运行的连续性或无错误性。

6. 责任限制

在法律允许的范围内，有用相册不对以下情况承担责任：
  • 因用户操作导致的照片或数据丢失；
  • 设备故障、系统问题或第三方服务异常；
  • 因使用本应用产生的间接、附带或后果性损失。
您需自行承担使用本应用的风险。

7. 终止使用

您可随时通过卸载应用的方式停止使用本应用。
如您严重违反本协议，我们有权暂停或终止您对本应用的使用。

8. 协议变更

我们可能不时更新本用户协议。
协议变更后将在应用内或应用商店页面公布。
您在变更后继续使用本应用，即视为接受更新后的协议内容。
